Turn Around Time (TAT)
Turn around time varies by vendor. We shoot for under 7-14 days, but some orders may take longer. Pre-order items may take up to 3 months.
We have a strict no return policy unless you can present an issue with your order. All orders are delivered with tracking. If an order is lost in shipping, buyers must apply for shipping insurance. No returns or cash exchanges for gift cards or purchases. All sales are final as is.
By purchasing orders on this site you, as a buyer, agree not to charge back an order and to always contact us with issues.
Any user who requests a chargeback is subject to a 10% administrative fee or the maximum allowable by law, and may be blocked from our systems, software or be subject to other cancellations without further notice.

We may not be available for phone or email support the full week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Easter or Mothers Day. While we may still be working, we appreciate your understanding. We will do our best to catch up after time with our families. These weeks tend to be busy with fulfillment. Please plan accordingly.
